Sinergi antar elemen inilah yang membuat propinsi Banten tampil sebagai propinsi paling aman se-Jawa di tengah pusaran kericuhan dibanyak tempat secara nasional.
Propinsi Banten pun menjadi contoh nyata bahwa keamanan bisa tercapai jika pemerintah dan masyarakat bahu-membahu menjaga ketertiban bersama. Peran kepemimpinan daerah yang maksimal dan bersungguh-sungguh dapat mencegah tindakan apapun yang dapat merugikan masyarakat banyak.
