SUARADPR.COM – Lingkar Survey Mahasiswa Indonesia (LSMI) bekerjasama dengan ETOS Indonesia Institute pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2025 merilis hasil survey nasional tentang Kepuasan Publik terhadap Kinerja Satu Tahun DPRD Propinsi Banten.
Survey yang diselenggarakan sejak tanggal 12 hingga 20 Agustus 2025 tersebut mengambil sampel 1.000 responden yang tersebar di delapan kabupaten kota ya g ada di propinsi Banten. Tingkat kepercayaan survey mencapai angka 92%.
Survey mencakup alasan responden memilih anggota DPRD Propinsi Banten terpilih yang didominasi oleh alasan karena mampu bekerja (23%) dan aspiratif dekat dengan rakyat mencapai 21%.
Dalam pertanyaan tahap I, sebesar 77% responden berpandangan bahwa hubungan kerja antara DPRD Propinsi Banten dengan pihak Pemerintah Propinsi Banten cukup bagus. Kualitas menjalankan fungsi dewan juga bagus (71%) dan hubungan kerja dengan perangkat lain ditingkat propinsi juga dipandang bagus oleh responden (73%).
Dalam fungsi sebagai penyambung aspirasi rakyat, sebesar 83% responden menyatakan bagus. Sedangkan dalam konsolidasi internal DPRD (76%) dan penyelesaian permasalahan internal sebesar 81% menyatakan bagus.
Sektor ketahanan pangan dan pendidikan kesehatan mendapat penilaian responden sebesar 24% dan 22% dalam kinerja DPRD Propinsi Banten. Walaupun begitu, 22% responden menginginkan adanya peningkatan dalam respon cepat terhadap pengaduan masyarakat.
“Secara umum dan keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyatakan puas terhadap kinerja DPRD Propinsi Banten. Hal itu tidak dapat terlepas dari faktor kepemimpinan didalam tubuh DPRD Propinsi Banten”, ujar Lucky Nasution dari ETOS Indonesia Institute.
Sedangkan Abdullah Rey dari Lingkar Survey Mahasiswa Indonesia (LSMI) menyatakan bahwa sikap kepemimpinan dewan di DPRD Propinsi Banten yang diketuai oleh Fahmi Hakim menjadi faktor penentu kinerja dewan secara keseluruhan.
“Ketua DPRD Propinsi Banten, tetap menjadi faktor penentu konsolidasi kinerja dewan secara kelembagaan. Menjadi menarik, mengingat di tingkat pusat kepercayaan publik justru sedang merosot sangat signifikan”, tutup Rey.
